Bag was a Christmas gift to our son. Arrived on time in perfect condition. The picture does not do it justice, its beautiful. A few weeks ago a screw attaching the handle slipped out. We emailed Floto. They responded within hours saying they would mail us a new screw. A week later they emailed us with a pre-paid shipping label to return the bag for a replacement with a new bag. They did not have any screws to send us. We expect the bag to arrive tomorrow.
Its an awesome bag. Looks great. Feels great….and the customer service can’t be beat.
